One-way trip pallet pool specialist, IPP Logipal, has appointed Carl McInerney to the role of UK and Ireland commercial director. McInerney brings with him a wealth of experience working in the supply chain with FMCG

One-way trip pallet pool specialist,
IPP Logipal, has appointed Carl
McInerney to the role of UK and
Ireland commercial director.
McInerney brings with him a wealth of experience working in the supply chain with FMCG producers as well as retailers, and in the grocery, wholesale and licensed markets.
Over 25 years he has established a proven track record, which includes logistics planning and management.
This includes working in highly competitive and mature markets with brands such as Coca Cola, Carling and Bass Brewers (now Coors) to drive forward supply chain efficiencies and operational improvements.
He comments: "In just six years IPP Logipal has built a solid platform in the UK and Ireland, increasing its market share year-onyear in a wide range of industry sectors. The company has experience of creating real collaborative relationships with its customers and I'm keen to extend and innovate our offer, by continuing to release further value across the shared supply chain.
Meanwhile, Phil Storer, who was previously director of the UK business, has become European commercial director on the board of IPP Logipal in Europe and will be responsible for the group's overall commercial activities.
