TGW Group appoints new Sales Director

Automated warehouse solution provider, TGW has announced the appointment of Raffaele Destro as Sales Director for the Group.
Automated warehouse solution provider, TGW has announced the appointment of Raffaele Destro as Sales Director for the Group.
Based at TGW's Head Office in Wels, Austria, Italian-born Destro (42) has overall responsibility for global sales of TGW's integrated systems, reporting directly to President, Georg Kirchmayr.
Destro brings a wealth of experience to the role, joining TGW from Dematic, where he spent 10 years, mainly in the UK, with responsibility for key sales functions across Northern Europe, before becoming Global Industry Consultant with responsibility for the company's sales and solutions strategies for the retail and wholesale sectors.
At TGW, he will be responsible for evaluating new market trends and business opportunities and for further reinforcing TGW's position as a leading supplier of integrated material handling solutions which deliver industry-leading return on investment and are regarded as 'best-in-class' by its customers. He will also manage the development and co-ordination of TGW's sales teams worldwide.
