Shipping companies seeking a distribution hub in the north of England for a gateway to the major European trade routes have been urged to consider the Onward Holdings built industrial units available in South Kirkby, West Yorkshire.
The company says: "Langthwaite Business Park is based within the heart of the county with easy access to the motorway network and the great container ports of the North, including the state-of-the-art docks at Immingham, the UK's largest."
The two adjacent units combined offer 212,500 square feet of storage (122,800 and just under 90,000 square feet respectively), with a total of 14 loading docks. The site incorporates a host of key features including two raised and two surface loading doors plus a 10,000 square-foot loading canopy, making Langthwaite Business Park ideal for containerised shipping.
