Jungheinrich has launched a range of
manoeuvrable and compact electricpowered
pedestrian operated stacker
trucks. The new EJC 110/112/212
models can lift loads up to 1200kg to
heights of 4.70m. Thanks to their 3-
phase AC motors the trucks are said
to be particularly energy efficient.
With ease of maintenance and minimum downtime in mind, Jungheinrich has designed the truck in such a way that, in the event of a wheel change being required, there is no need to lift the truck completely - the support wheel can be simply and safely put in place by hand.
A new on board charger gives users the option to opportunity charge throughout the shift. The charger is enclosed to IP 54 standards, which enables operation within a cold store environment.
