The SICK deTec4 Core safety light curtain is said to set new performance standards in efficiency, installation and reliability for applications including machine tool protection, FMCG goods handling and packaging, warehousing and logistics.
Meeting the latest EN standards, the deTec4 Core has no blind zones offering optimum positioning and protection against unsafe access whilst enabling ongoing efficient operation.
Through the space saving, robust design of the deTec4 Core, safety distances can be minimised to achieve best-possible machine integration as well as higher operator productivity.
The deTec4 Core has been recognised with an International Forum (iF) Product Design Award.
