BT High Lifter hand pallet trucks launched
06 March 2014
Toyota Material Handling has launched two new BT Lifter models: the HHM100 manual and HHL100 electric high lifting hand pallet trucks.
These new models have been designed to be quieter in operation, easier for operators to manoeuvre and have a maximum lifting capacity of 1000kg.
The electric HHL100 comes with improved features including a higher battery capacity (63Ah) which offers longer operating times plus a battery indicator to avoid unnecessary charging.
With a lift height of 80cm, the BT High lifter models are great for not only moving goods quickly and easily, but they can also elevate loads to a comfortable work height.
Alongside production lines or order picking processes, their excellent stability and high manoeuvrability make operations simpler, more ergonomic and safer for operators.
Tony Wallis, sales and marketing director for Toyota says: "These BT high lifter trucks offer a versatile solution for many different type of operation. It combines the benefits of a hand truck for simple horizontal transport with an ergonomic workstation, making manual handling safer for operators.”
The BT Lifter range is built to provide customers with exceptional quality, proven reliability and long life cycles. This is achieved through its robust design and quality manufacture using the unique Toyota Production System (TPS) process. In addition the BT Lifter trucks are said to last up to five times longer than other brands, offering the lowest lifetime operational costs and a lower environmental impact during the product life cycle.
