Marshalls Industrial, as the official UK distributor, are proud to be part of the IMPCO family. We supply genuine IMPCO gaseous fuel systems and components, in a cost effective, professional and reliable way, backed up by years of industry knowledge and experience.

Together, IMPCO Europe and Marshall’s Industrial are driving a new initiative to reduce the number of non-genuine aftermarket parts that are sold in the UK market using the IMPCO brand, even though many of them are not manufactured by IMPCO, or are not meant for the EU market. The use of these nonconforming components could lead to problems from unplanned downtime to personal injury.

To ensure that these risks are minimised and that all involved are seen to be promoting good practise, the use of the correct replacement parts, fitted by fully trained personnel, is critical. Gaseous fuels are after all volatile and require appropriate measures to reduce risk, running costs and downtime.

A case in point is the on-going use of the J series regulator in the European market which is not supported by IMPCO Europe. IMPCO continues to support only the Cobra series regulator, which is a direct replacement for the J series product in the European market for OEM production and all service use.

At Marshall’s we hold a full range of genuine IMPCO gas system components for both new applications and aftermarket purposes. We have full support and backup from IMPCO Technologies Europe and are working with them to introduce new products and technologies to the materials handling sector in the United Kingdom.

We are currently developing complete CNG systems for forklift trucks, both IMPCO and Marshall’s being involved to develop systems and supply original equipment that comply to the European directives and safeguarding professional installation to reduce risk in the field, using the patented IMPCO Natural Gas module that was developed specifically for industrial applications. This module is the first and only PED approved natural gas module in the market.

With several fleets working in the field and solid test results obtained, this technology is going to be a valuable alternative for fleet operators looking for fuel cost savings, Marshall’s are happy to be involved in this exciting new area.
