Dealer of the Year - are you the best?
08 July 2015
In a bid to enthuse and excite forklift dealers across the land, The Fork Lift Truck Association is renaming one of its award categories.

The Customer Focus award, sponsored by Combilift, will be known as Dealer of the Year from next year’s event, which takes place at The International Centre in Telford, Shropshire on 27th February 2016.
The Customer Focus award was launched in 2013 and past winners are; Bristol Forklifts, Gray Forklift Services and Douglas Gillespie Plant.
The Award, which is open to companies from throughout the UK and Ireland, will recognise the dealership that has best demonstrated a commitment to service; putting the customer at the heart of its business, and embodying the FLTA's core principles of productivity, integrity and safety.
Entry to the Dealer of the Year Award category is open to all dealers, whether or not they are FLTA members. Nominations should be made by dealers or customers, via the Awards section of the FLTA website at www.fork-truck.org.uk/awards, and should include a summary in fewer than 100 words.
To be eligible, the solution must have been finalised during the calendar year of the nomination. Entries will be vetted by Peter Harvey, the Chief Executive of the FLTA, with the winner chosen by the judging panel.
