Dealer of the Year Award 2016 - Enter now!
10 December 2015
The Fork Lift Truck Association is inviting firms up and down the country to nominate one fork lift truck dealership in the UK deemed worthy of the prestigious title: Dealer of the Year 2016.

Previously known as the Customer Focus Award, the Dealer of the Year award recognises the work of one dealership that has put customers at the very heart of its business.
The award is not designed to recognise the biggest dealer or the largest volume of sales; instead it’s about good old-fashioned, high quality customer service.
The FLTA is looking for a dealer that has demonstrated a sincere commitment to service throughout the year, one that has provided a customer with a particularly innovative or appropriate solution for a specific task, or a dealer that embodies the Association's core principles of integrity, productivity and safety.
Entries can be made by any firm that employs materials handling equipment in their operations. Don’t be shy – the Association even welcomes entries from dealerships nominating themselves.
This award is not designed to recognise the biggest dealer or the largest volume of sales; instead it’s about good old-fashioned, high quality customer service. If you've been that customer, and were impressed by a dealership, we'd like to know about it.
To enter the award and be in with the chance to call yourself the “Dealer of the Year 2016”, simply visit the Award’s web page on the FLTA website, fill in a one page PDF and email it to the Association’s Chief Executive, Peter Harvey.
The winner will be announced at a spectacular ceremony held at The International Centre in Telford on Saturday 27th February 2016.
