Cambridge spec build warehouse plan unveiled

Goya Developments and Barwood Capital have bought a Cambridge site for a 140,000 sq ft warehouse development.

The 6.5 acre site in Buckingway Business Park is 7 miles to the north west of Cambridge City Centre.
Goya will speculatively build four warehouse units of between 18,000 and 47,000 sq ft.
Gatwick airport
Barwood and Goya also acquired a 2.2 acre site on Rutherford Way, a mile to the south of Gatwick Airport. The firms are planning to speculatively develop a 56,500 sq ft warehouse, with completion due late 2016
