16 December 2015
AstraZeneca will invest the sum building a state of the art packing and warehouse facility at the company's location in Macclesfield.

The new facilities in Macclesfield will be built on the site of an existing warehouse and will feature packing lines for tablets and capsules, and an automated warehouse, reports the BBC.
The investment is expected to help secure the jobs of some 3,500 staff.
Demolition work has begun and construction of the new facility will begin early next month.
