Jungheinrich UK refines strategy with new senior appointment

Jungheinrich UK has appointed of Steve Shakespeare to Director of Customer Service replacing Nick Allen, After Sales Director.
Jan Lorenz, Managing Director, Jungheinrich UK commented: “Excellence in customer service is absolutely essential in our highly demanding, time-critical industry. I am delighted that someone with Steve’s extensive industry experience and thorough understanding of customer expectations, has joined Jungheinrich UK’s management team to head-up such an important part of our business.”
Steve Shakespeare (pictured) brings a wealth of experience, joining the industry at the age of 16 as an apprentice and accumulating an in-depth knowledge of the forklift truck sector over a twenty-year period working for both a leading dealership and major lift truck manufacturer. He returns to the industry after fulfilling the role of managing a commercial vehicle dealership.
