Major safety feature
06 May 2016
More Speedors and shutters have been installed by Hart Door Systems at Thomas Dudley's foundry at Dudley, West Midlands.

Julian Britnell, Hart's sales manager, says the recent order was for a mixture of Speedor Supers and Minis together with a tube motor shutter with fabric curtain.
The Speedors were part of a major overhaul programme for Thomas Dudley's warehouse.
A spokesman for Thomas Dudley said: "It was clear the warehouse needed to be a clean and safe environment to work within. The new fast acting doors from Hart looked the part with the newly clad walls, but are a major safety feature for all employees and visitors to the company."
The doors also keep the warehouse clean and secure. With the aid of the sensors the doors only open when needed, helping to keep dust and dirt from the foundry out of the warehouse. They also help control the working temperature within the warehouse, and reduce noise from the foundry.
The spokesman concluded: "One of the main reasons for using Hart doors is for their build quality. We could have bought cheaper doors, but they couldn't meet the build or the added aftercare service that Hart Doors had to offer."
There are six Hart doors now installed within the Thomas Dudley foundry.
