Kite launches 2nd Graduate Development Programme
10 June 2016
Applications are now open for the 2016 Graduate Programme Kite Packaging has dubbed ‘The Real Apprentice’.

This follows the successful launch of the Programme last year. The two year Programme, targeted at impressive individuals looking to ‘Aim High’ after University will commence in August 2016 and will again be run by Kite's chairman Bruce McInnes.
The 100% employee-owned company will provide graduates with a chance to experience various aspects of the business, in different locations on a four month rotational basis. It is ideal for someone who wants to be in business but is not 100% sure of the area they want to focus on. Although a permanent position at Kite is not guaranteed on completion of the Programme, candidates who impress will be fast-tracked into senior management positions.
Kite says: "We are looking for real go-getters, fresh from University with the ambition and talent to succeed in our entrepreneurial and rapidly expanding business. Candidates will need to show their ability to quickly create a rapport and demonstrate they have excellent leadership qualities, as all candidates will be pushed to deliver real results as part of their own development on the Programme."
Kite Packaging is looking to recruit 5 graduates. Some of the areas they will experience include sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics and legal compliance. The candidates will move location after each module throughout the two year Programme, and will report directly to a managing partner at Kite.
