Operator killed after forklift overturns on road

A worker was crushed to death by his forklift after he clipped a kerb on Glenburn Road in East Kilbride, Scotland today.
The incident happened near the Coca Cola facility in the town, although it is not known who the operator worked for. No one else was involved in the tragic incident.
Police Scotland said: "There was one male occupant in the forklift which appears to have struck a kerb and toppled over while travelling northbound on Glenburn Road in East Kilbride.
"No one else was involved and emergency services are in attendance at the scene."
