Bacon butties and effective storage
07 October 2016
5am starts, bacon butties, cracked heels, firm handshakes and too many jelly beans - IMHX 2016 was certainly eventful for Aganto.

Aganto, as one of the UK’s leading temporary building suppliers, signed up knowing the importance of the event and had a key position in Hall 11. The stand was open, clean and sleek, with the ‘futureproof’ concept clear and direct for all to see, but informal and approachable enough to comfortably welcome visitors and fellow exhibitors.
"Indeed, Aganto’s open and honest approach is so ingrained into the company’s ethos; all directors were chomping at the bit to speak to new and existing customers, to negotiate deals and to perpetuate the entrepreneurial spirit that typifies Aganto," says marketing manager Ruth Oxley.
In these tricky times, Aganto wanted to be on hand at IMHX to reassure both small businesses and multinational corporations alike, that they can be relied on for fast, additional cost effective storage - today and tomorrow, to always be that plan b.
Injecting a pop of colour and a sense of humour to the event, Aganto were giving away goodie bags to all those who enquired about any of the range of temporary buildings. Limited edition bags were full of USBs, jelly beans and cool travel mugs, toted around the event and showcasing the Aganto brand that little bit more, flaunting itself with tongue firmly in cheek.
Aganto invests in staff
Aganto has put its faith in the future of youth and the growth of the local area, by taking on an additional five members of staff, both office and site based.
The company, whose head office is in Berkshire, has an operational hub in the Stoke-on-Trent vicinity in order to have a central base and be accessible for nationwide customers.
Due to a surge in demand for the temporary structures, the company has taken on additional staff.
Two junior site managers, a foreman, a junior foreman and an additional operations assistant means the company has resources to cope and also foundations in place for future growth.
Director Andy Butters explains: “We are thrilled to be giving a number of young people a great opportunity to work within Aganto. We don’t have a high turnover of staff; people who come to work for us tend to become part of the Aganto family long term, and we look forward to having a positive energy from the new starters.”
