THE FUTURE - Brexit to intensify warehouse labour challenges
02 July 2018
The big challenge for the future is going to be labour availability and finding ways to mitigate the impact of Brexit on the labour pool.

“Increasing demands from consumers for ever more complex service offerings – especially related to eCommerce – and the present heavy reliance on labour intensive picking processes, is going to place a great deal of pressure on businesses to reconsider their options. Many will look to relocate, while others may choose to adopt higher levels of mechanisation and automation. Each will have its own individual constraints and challenges.”
