The HDB1012 BulkPak, engineered by ORBIS Corporation and European-produced, was designed as a reusable, durable container to protect and transport parts in global automotive and industrial applications. It is the first collapsible heavy-duty plastic bulk container to hold up to 900kg and is manufactured to European dimensions.
As part of the ORBIS BulkPak fleet, the HDB1012 series offers logistics advantages, warehouse and transportation cost-savings, and an environmentally friendly alternative to metal bins, steel tubs, wood pallets and crates. They collapse and stacks securely, allowing European companies to maximise their trailer and warehouse floor space.
The HDB1012 is available in four popular heights (582mm, 732mm, 870mm and 980mm), providing further freight savings through optimisation of the supply chain with pack density and part packaging. Customisable configurations of the BulkPak access doors and bottom styles accommodate a wide range of material handling equipment, storage and shipping needs.
