Onward Holdings has just one unit left at the popular Langthwaite Business Park in West Yorkshire after a major manufacturer snapped up more warehouse space at the site just months after successfully moving in next door.

The customer, who for contractual reasons must remain confidential, had already secured Unit 16 from Onward Holdings for safe and secure storage required to house thousands of high value goods. It has now sealed a deal for Unit 16a for extra storage due to the exceptional facilities and ideal location.

Based within the heart of Yorkshire, Langthwaite has easy access to the motorway network and the great container ports of the North, including the state-of-the-art docks at Immingham, the UK’s largest.

Unit 4c offers up to 60,000 square feet of storage, 9.1m eaves, four surface loading doors under canopies and two dock levellers. A £1million investment in security measures at the business park also means the site is suitable for both ordinary and high risk products.
