Fulfilment time cut
Kent-based BEERmerchants.com has implemented a web-based solution from NetDespatch to streamline its order fulfilment process.
The NetDespatch parcel data management platform, which seamlessly connects the BEERmerchants.com Magento order management system with its selected parcel delivery network, has cut the company’s order processing time from 8 hours a day to just 20 minutes.
The automated despatch procedure processes orders automatically through the NetDespatch Connector application, produces labels in real time, and then returns the carrier’s tracking number back to Magento.
