High storage density
Foods and beverage manufacturer, California Natural Products (CNP) has unveiled its new technologically advanced automated warehouse facility.
The 18,000ft2 state-of-the-art facility, designed and built by Power Automation Systems (PAS), was created to increase efficiency while reducing environmental impact by cutting energy use by approximately 80% and improving upon the facility’s footprint by about 90%.
The new CNP warehouse features PowerStor®, a sustainable automated warehouse storage solution that is reported to have the highest storage density, highest throughput, greatest flexibility, and lowest energy usage available.
PAS also operates in the UK and has successfully implemented a similar system in a frozen storage facility for Yearsley.
