Improved profits

Yorkshire-based Potter Logistics has posted its financial results for the year ending April 2013.

With increased turnover across all areas of the business, the company continues to show profitable organic growth. Profits were boosted further by the acquisition of House of James Transport in May 2012.

This is the fifth year in a row that the logistics, property and waste management group has delivered improved profits. The business posted a profit before tax (PBT) of £1,123,000, an increase of 8.5% year on year. Turnover grew by 52% to £23m.
