Mark Durden-Smith to host FLTA Awards 2019
A familiar face to millions of rugby fans, television presenter Mark Durden-Smith, has been announced as host of the Fork Lift Truck Association Awards for Excellence 2019.
Best known for shows such as Aviva Premiership Rugby and I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here! NOW! Mark will host the Archies — now in its 25th year — at the Telford International Centre on Saturday 30th March 2019.
A mainstay of the materials handling calendar, the Awards celebrate the best of the industry: everything from top apprentices to lifetime achievement and finding the safest, smartest products of the past year.
Peter Harvey, CEO of the FLTA, said: “As it’s our 25th year putting on these Awards, we’re really pleased to have secured such a top-quality host.
“It’s always a great night for the industry to come together, and we’re really looking forward to what Mark has in store for us. It’s a big milestone for the Awards and I expect it’s going to be one of the best we’ve ever done.”
