Multi-channel management
Leading e-commerce and fulfilment provider, Prolog has been appointed to manage a multi-channel solution for leisurewear retailer, Cotton Traders.
The new system integrates the Cotton Traders shops with its home shopping and e-commerce channels. In addition to handling the high volume fulfilment and returns processing, Prolog will also be responsible for the delivery of Cotton Traders’ entire retail logistics, utilising its own transport fleet.
The Cotton Traders’ integrated home shopping and retail logistics operation will be located at Prolog’s Sherwood Park facility in Nottingham. Working with Dematic, leader in intelligent warehouse solutions, the facility will benefit from a substantial investment in mechanisation and infrastructure, to ultimately deliver an industry leading solution.
