NASSAU helping Bespak be the Best with DYNACO Doors

NASSAU Industrial Doors Ltd of Stoke-on-Trent have just completed the supply and installation of a series of DYNACO D311 High Speed Doors and an insulated steel hinged door, via a competitive tender process, for Bespak Europe Ltd at their Wolverton Mill South factory at Milton Keynes as part of a refurbishment of the site.

The
tender which was won through Bouygues Contracting is the first stage in a
refurbishment that will see a further 8 DYNACO D313 installed at Bespak Kings
Lynn site later on in 2014.

Bespak, a Consort Medical
company, is a leading global supplier of drug delivery devices for injectable
and inhaled products. Bespak has contributed to the design, development and
industrialisation of some of the world’s leading medical devices. Headquarted
in the UK and with representation in a number of key territories, Bespak
employs over 600 people and manufactures more than 500 million medical devices
each year, supporting device programmes from pilot-scale to commercial supply.
Bespak has long-established partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and
biotech industry clients, with several products successfully launched and
marketed worldwide.

NASSAU
Industrial Doors Ltd was established in 1990 and is the main distributor,
installer and service agent in the United Kingdom of NASSAU sectional doors,
DYNACO high speed doors, Bespoke Roller Shutter solutions, Steel Personnel and
High Security Doors as well as Docking Products. Having provided high
quality door solutions for the last 24 years, NASSAU prides itself on leading
the way in bringing the most innovative products to the UK industrial, retail
and commercial markets.

DYNACO
high speed doors not only assist companies in reducing their energy usage and
carbon footprint, but will also help provide a safe, comfortable and more
productive working environment. In a typical warehouse or distribution centre
the number of times doors are opened and left open during a normal working day
is considerable and, quite simply, the longer the door remains open the greater
the energy consumption and the higher the energy cost. As well as delivering
energy savings as a result of their fast operating speeds (up to 2.4m/second),
they also include a variety of advanced safety features, including WDD
(Wireless Dynaco Detector) which helps to protect employees, as demonstrated by
their 22 year record of no door-related injuries.

DYNACO
high speed roll-up doors incorporate patented concepts and technologies which
has made them and NASSAU the choice of many leading UK businesses, including Bespak.
Their simple, yet unique push/pull design provides a low cost of ownership and
is a proven performer for in excess of 1,000,000 opening cycles.

Dave
Stringer, Facilities Manager at Bespak Europe Limited said, “We would like to
thank NASSAU Industrial Doors Ltd for all their hard work and efforts that have
enabled us to deliver this project successfully at our Milton Keynes site and
we are looking forward to a similar installation at our Kings Lynn site later
this year.”
