New manager for Torque
International logistics service provider Torque has appointed Michael Peck to manage one of the distribution centres at its head office site in Wortley, Leeds.
Peck will be responsible for the distribution
centre and all its activities. Commenting on his new role, Peck said: “I’m
looking forward to the challenges and opportunities that come with working at a
company that has such a wide and diverse client base and product range, and is
continuing to evolve and expand its business.”
Before working for Torque to Torque Peck spent 38 years as a
distribution executive for Dewhirst Menswear in Peterlee, Co Durham, and has
particular expertise in garment technical and quality appraisal.
