Packaging firm invests in scrubber drier

Corrugated packaging solutions provider Inspirepac has invested in the latest cleaning technology to keep its new warehouse facilities clear of dirt and debris.

It has taken delivery of a Scrubmaster B310 R cylindrical scrubber drier as part of a long-term rental deal with Hako that's backed by full maintenance support.

The ride-on battery-powered machine is now in operation at the company's new facility in Markham Vale, near Chesterfield, where it's playing a key role in maintaining efficient operations.
Although the warehouse is new, the nature of the business means that a lot of small pieces of fine debris can collect on the floors, which has the potential to damage other equipment on site.

To ensure loose material is collected, a cylindrical brush version of the Scrubmaster B310R with a catchment tray is used. This model can clean an entire facility in one go at a time that suits shifts, deliveries and other working patterns.

The Scrubmaster B310 R is also available with plate brushes and has a range of standard features ideally suited for heavy-duty applications, including:

• Large-capacity water tank (310L) for long, uninterrupted periods of operation.

• Depending on the version, the area coverage is up to 9,200m² an hour.

• Robust and heavy-duty design to ensure a long service life.

• Hako-AquaStop enables plate brush machines to save up to 50% water and cleaning agent.

• Pre-sweep unit available.

• Easy access to key components for easy maintenance.
