Portakabin acquires Oecon
Portakabin, part of the Shepherd Group, has acquired German manufacturer and distributor of modular buildings, Oecon Mobilraum and its subsidiary companies.
The acquisition of Oecon is a key strategic move and part of the Portakabin Group’s European expansion plans. Oecon will complement the current Portakabin operations in France, Belgium and Holland and provide the necessary routes to market for the extensive range of Portakabin modular buildings within the office, healthcare and education sectors.
