At the "local fountain", the popular mineral water is not only filled, but also the returnable bottles are cleaned. The bottle washing machine is operating the bottle baskets with KITO ER2 M with motor trolley to place them at the correct position. The bottle basket transport has a load capacity up to 250kg. In this design, the strong ER2 is equipped with KITO MR2 motor trolley for a more precise load control. So, lifting and lowering the glass bottles is not only safer, but also more efficient due to a constant speed control. The electric hoist is installed at a fixed gantry crane in the production hall of Schlossbrunnen Wüllner.
