Premium pallet wrapper

IBIS Packaging is the exclusive official UK Agent for the C-one nano premium pallet wrapper. C-one pallet wrappers are gaining market share quickly in Europe. Its Auto cut-off means the operators don’t need knives or need to wait to cut off the film after the wrapping cycle.

The easy thread carriage means efficient re-loading off new rolls with less risk of incorrect film threading. 32 different programmes can be stored and for very difficult pallets it is possible to set a programme which alters the amount of stretching 4 times during a wrapping cycle. There are many other features but the newest innovation is the 18mm ultra low turntable. No long ramp is required saving space and reducing the trip hazard without having to dig up the floor.

IBIS says: “The C-one nano pallet wrapper can stretch films up to 400% giving significant yield savings. In fact we can wrap a standard pallet 1250mm high using no more than 120 grams. That is actually half the average amount of film used on most pallets in the market place. With this type of saving you soon pay for the new wrapper.

“Unlike some of our competitors where warranty covers only spare parts we include the labour too because this is often the most expensive part of a repair. Our fully trained IBIS engineers cover the whole of the UK. We know how important pallet wrappers can be to our customers so most calls are dealt with on a next day basis.”

Some customers ignore investing in new pallet wrappers because they think they are being thrifty, continues IBIS Packaging.

“However, we have found firms using 75% more film than necessary which at the ever increasing price of stretch film is no small matter both in cost and responsibility towards packaging waste,” continues ISIS.

The company says if no Capex is available, the pallet wrapper can be bought through the purchase of film. “We make sure that purchasing this way is value for money and it will not cost you more than a lease,” says IBIS.

“We are able to do this by connecting the wrapper to the internet or a GSM card. Our pallet wrapper is sophisticated enough to know when a break occurs so you are not charged for a wrapped pallet if this happens.”
