RAVAS launches explosion-proof hand pallet trucks

WITH FULL ATEX certification, the trucks offer a range of functions such as filling, mixing and dosing.

The RAVAS 2560 Exi Series is equipped with stainless steel fork shoes. The display can be rotated, making it easy to read the measurements. The system runs on a rechargeable battery with a battery life of 60 hours, or 40 hours when the optional WiFi is enabled. The scales have a capacity of 2,000 kg and offer accurate weighing with a multirange graduation.

The scales offer a number of functionalities, such as automatic and manual zero correction, gross/net weighing, automatic tare via a push button and automatic switch-off after 10, 30 or 60 minutes of non-use. The numeric keypad has large digits for easy operation and is equipped with a built-in clock and a kg/lb setting.

The RAVAS 2560 Exi has a protection class of IP65 for the system, IP66 for the indicator and battery, and IP67 for the terminal. The scale operates at temperatures from -10°C to 40°C.

The new ProLine 2560 Exi is an advanced weighing hand pallet truck with an improved multirange graduation from 0.1 kg to 0.5 kg and a maximum tolerance of only 0.1% of the lifted load. The rotatable LCD display and the numeric keypad with large digits ensure optimal ease of use. The same extensive options are available for the RAVAS ProLine 2560 Exi: a WiFi. output and a relay setpoint switch for automatic dosing.
