The clamp is fitted with low profile pads which enable the handling of reels when lifting and positioning nearer to the floor and where there is limited space to load reels onto the processing line.

The attachment is manually rotated. The reels are securely gripped by the external diameter. A handwheel provides the clamping and release actions and the mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the pads do not over or under tighten.

It is suitable for many industries including automotive, aircraft, printing and mechanical engineering as well as hygienic applications within cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing.

These features combine to provide the operator to lift, transport and handle reels with complete confidence and safety.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most lifting requirements. Lifting capacity is up to 150kg depending upon the model.
