Stainless steel tote de-stacker

The de-stacker can operate remotely or integrated into a system and is an ideal addition to pick and place units. The unit can be configured to operate with other machinery such as paternoster systems.

The de-stacker comes in two versions:

• Non-servo version supplies up to 15 full size totes per minute
• Servo version supplies up to 25 full size totes per minute

Stacks of totes are loaded either onto a stainless-steel bed platform before being moved onto a modular belt conveyor or directly onto the units’ belt conveyor. 
Totes are de-stacked via a clamping system. The released tote is driven out by a chain and peg conveyor system and repeated until all totes have been processed. During de-stacking an anti-topple arm controls the back of the stack.
