Team up promises automated tow trains
Seegrid and Topper Industrial have announced a partnership to provide automated tow tractor and cart-based materials handling solutions.
The partnership brings together Seegrid which specialises in three-dimensional vision navigation & automated tow tractors with Topper Industrial, a manufacturer of industrial carts, containers and lift systems.
The aim is to provide vision guided vehicles (VGVs) and cart-based materials handling solutions.
Seegrid’s tow tractors coupled with Topper industrial cart systems act as trains carrying multiple loads in one trip.
Seegrid says its manufacturing customers recognise VGVs as a safer solution than manned travel.
