75 metre long warehouse built
03 October 2018
Smart-Space has completed the construction of a finished goods warehouse for Northwood Hygiene Products at the company's production site in Telford, Shropshire.

The re-locatable 20-metre by 75-metre by 5.2 metre structure, with composite walls and an insulated thermo roof provides Northwood with around 1,500 pallet spaces, which will be used to help accommodate the significant growth in the company's business.
“We have used this type of building before, but this is the first time we have found a supplier who could provide us with a comprehensive service package in addition to the design and build. This included taking on many of the important regulatory responsibilities as principal contractor,” says Northwood supply chain director Wendy Clay.
