Midbox scheme for Dearne Valley

A 10-acre site in the Dearne Valley is set to become the home to the latest Midbox industrial and logistics scheme in Barnsley following its acquisition by Gregory Property Group, and Commercial Development Projects of Elland, from Barnsley Council.

THE SITE at Junction 36 of the M1 at Dearne Valley Parkway, has obtained planning to deliver three units totalling approximately 125,000 ft2 of new, high specification space.
The scheme will be built speculatively and provide three detached industrial/warehouse units of 25,560 ft2, 43,000 ft2 and 56,140 ft2.
The Otley-based developer has confirmed that, with work commencing before the end of February 2025, completion is expected by February 2026.
