Planning won for Portsmouth warehouse

DTZ Investors has won planning permission to develop a new 106,498ft2 warehouse in Portsmouth.

THE INVESTOR is to demolish and existing warehouse and then redevelop a BREEAM Excellent EPC A new build warehouse and ancillary office accommodation at Unit B Railway Triangle Industrial Estate which is just 1 mile from the A27/M27.
Unit B will comprise Grade A Fitwel enabled building with an ESG enhanced specification. The detached unit will benefit from 12m eaves, 8 dock and 4 level access doors as well as 107 parking spaces (including EV charging). It will have PV on the roof and have a VRF heating and cooling system to the aprrox 7,500 ft2 two stroey office accommodation.
DTZ Investors associate director Jo Jackson said: “We look forward to commencing the development in 2024.”
