Price reduction on boxes

The team at Kite have lowered their price for single wall boxes on its eCommerce site, enabling customers to order 3 pallets or more at a lower price, saving up to 21%. 

The lowered price will help provide customers who require bulk quantities of single wall stock boxes with more cost-effective corrugated protection to use in their packing and distribution operation. 

Kite’s single wall boxes are comprised of 60 to 90% recycled content and are 100% recyclable, making them a more environmental form of packaging for businesses. 

They are an effective, lightweight solution suitable for a range of applications across a wide scope of industries. 

Kite has also unveiled new packaging tapes with four new additions. The first area in Kite Packaging’s tape range that has been enhanced is its machine tape offering.  When it comes to sealing packages a carton sealing machine is the perfect way to guarantee speed in your packing operations, says the firm. The business’s new Kite branded core machine tape is available in two width sizes, a 48mm and a 75mm.   

Carton sealing machines are an essential feature for continuous packing operations as they significantly decrease packing time and all Kite’s machine tape have a strong acrylic or hotmelt adhesive, to adhere to all types of paper and cardboard.

Kite Packaging has also introduced a new Kite low noise solvent tape and a vinyl tape, both of which are lower cost than the businesses previous low noise and vinyl tapes and are Kite branded. 

For businesses who are looking for a temperature resistant tape with volume minimising characteristics, Kite’s low noise solvent tape is the ideal sealant. 

Similarly, if a company requires a versatile tape that withstands different environmental conditions but need a material that tears easily, Kite’s vinyl tape is a suitable solution. Its solvent adhesive offers a strong sticking mechanism and its PVC carrier allows for easy tearing after application. 

The team at Kite have also added two new sizes of paper Kraft tape to cater for a wider range of customer requirements. 

With all the environmental benefits of paper tape in comparison with traditional tape, the industry has experienced a rise in demand for a paper sealant.

Kite is taking this into account and have therefore enhanced their range so that now businesses can choose a 25mm width tape or a 38mm width tape as well the existing 48mm, 50mm and 75mm width tapes.
