Highly automated FlashPick system for LKQ

Since late 2023, LKQ, a leading automotive aftermarket distributor, has been serving customers in the Benelux and France from its new 50,000 m² energy-efficient distribution center in Berkel en Rodenrijs, Netherlands. Centralizing its regional intralogistics, the highly automated facility is designed for future growth. TGW’s FlashPick® system forms the core, supported by 200 energy-efficient Stingray shuttles, 12 goods receiving stations, 16 PickCenter One workstations, and the TGW Software Suite. TGW’s Lifetime Services team collaborates with LKQ engineers to ensure maximum system uptime.
