It develops specialised clientspecific supply chain solutions, with its Aylesford site operating within the contract logistics sector.
It employs 17 people and has a mixed fleet of counterbalance and reach trucks leased from Linde Material Handling.
Following consultations between Davis Derby and the customer a full Trucklog Fleet Management system using Smartcard technology was fitted to all counterbalance and reach trucks. Since it's implementation the site has seen a 100% reduction in racking damage saving around £20,000 p/a.
