The acquisition of PAKi Logistics by
Faber Halbertsma Group will enable
the Netherlands-based family
business to strengthen its
position in the European
market. It also marks a
milestone in FHG's
growth ambitions.
For more than 35 years PAKi Logistics, based in Germany, has organised more than 100 specialists, 10,000 pooling stations and more than two million pallets, boxes and plastic load carriers to provide logistic services across Europe.
Faber Halbertsma Group completed the acquisition under a new name, FHG, covering all subsidiaries of the group and PAKi Logistics will be re-branded FHG PAKi. The re-branding will reinforce FHG's position as a full-line supplier. It sells, hires, repairs and trades pallets and can, depending on the supply chain in which a customer operates, offer a full combination of products and services.
