With the CBI's most recent business
surveys showing improvements in
manufacturing order books,
stabilisation in retail sales and
continued growth in e-commerce,
the green shoots seem to be emerging
in Britain's economy at last.
This is reflected in the latest statistics from the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA), which show overall forklift sales increased by an encouraging 20% in 2011 compared to 2010. All this means that exhibitors at IMHX 2013 - which takes place at the NEC, 19th- 22nd March next year - will be well placed to capitalise on the improved economic situation and the resulting increase in the capital expenditure budgets of visitors to the show.
