The hydraulically operated Airflow Layer Lifter is designed to separate layers in a palletised load. Single or multiple layers can be lifted.

This enables warehouse and production operatives to access the desired layer of a tall pallet load.

Promised benefits include reduced manual handling as well as improved utilisation of lorry space.

The machine can be operated by one person and once activated it will clamp the product at the required layer and that layer will then be lifted to allow inspection and access to the product below.

This load can then be removed and placed on a new pallet for distribution later or for safer production handling. The Layer Lifter could allow customers to save on transport costs by enabling taller palletised loads to be received.

Likewise load capacity can be maximised for outbound freight.

The Layer Lifter has a compact footprint of 3mx2m and can be stacked with a palletised load by both pallet and lift trucks. The machine can also be used to lift baskets, boxes and trays. Safety is enhanced with an Instant Stop feature and clamping pressure can be varied to avoid damage to stock. The product can be adapted to customer requirements.
