Interroll announces the launch of its new Light Industrial Belt Conveyor that can be offered at a highly competitive price*. The compact unit incorporates proven energy efficient technology, with a choice of drum motor of dia.80mm or dia.113mm - providing reliable, maintenance free belt conveyor drive.

The unit is specifically designed to be versatile and simply integrated with other OEM machinery, operate as a stand alone belt conveyor or be integrated to provide a cost effective materials handling solution in light industries with a range of load capacities from 0 - 50kg / 50-100kg / 100- 150kg.

Interroll Light Industrial Belt Conveyors are extremely compact and much quicker and easier to install than conventional conveyors, as they are supplied as one complete modular unit, tested and ready to plug-in and operate. With fewer parts, this equates to lower costs and management time in conveyor design, specifying and purchasing.

The hygienic Interroll drum motors are enclosed in a smooth steel shell sealed to IP66/67 standards and sealed-for-life and require absolutely no maintenance. Equipped with a unique patented "Quick-Tension-Release" idler system this makes for easy cleaning of the conveyor and quick belt changeover if required.

Interroll Light Industrial Belt Conveyors can be customised with additional optional features including as support legs, castors, endcovers and side rails on request.
