Sanderson Group, an IT firm specialising in multi-channel retail and manufacturing, has bought Proteus Software for up to £1.9m.

This breaks down into an initial payment of £1.4m and up to £500,000 depending on performance criteria being met by 5 December 2015.
Proteus is based in Birmingham and supplies WMS solutions to a variety of firms.
Sanderson chairman Christopher Winn said: "Proteus is a complementary acquisition for Sanderson and the Proteus products and customers will complement the Group’s own products, services and customers with its multi-channel retail and manufacturing businesses.”
