Rental prices reduced

07 October 2015

Provider of rugged hardware for logistics, distribution and retail companies, Renovotec, is reducing its hardware rental prices by 25% in November, December and January.

Renovotec’s rental price cut applies to a range of selected products including the Datalogic Skorpio and Falcon, and Honeywell Intermec CK3 rugged mobile computers, and covers the industry’s busiest period encompassing the consumer peaks of Black Friday (27 November 2015), Christmas and the January 2016 sales.

Renting allows users to scale their hardware in line with need without increasing their overhead say Renovotec, whose 25% reduction will continue for the life of any rental agreement that begins on any date from 1 November 2015 to 31 January 2016.

"Hardware rental is the ideal solution for companies needing to respond quickly and flexibly to the seasonal spike in consumer demand, with no capital outlay,” says Renovotec managing director Richard Gilliard. "A leading e-commerce retailer has just rented 140 additional rugged hardware devices from us for that reason. We expect other logistics and retail companies to follow.”

All Renovotec rugged hardware rentals include ongoing technical service and support. Renovotec is an independent supplier providing a wide range of specialised fixed and mobile, handheld and truck-mounted rugged hardware for warehousing, distribution and retail environments.
