Try-before-you-buy deal on rugged scanners
29 April 2016
Renovotec is offering unlimited part exchange on the new Zebra Technologies’ 3600 Ultra-Rugged series of scanners (typically £50 per scanner trade-in).

The firm is also offering a ‘rent-to-try-before-you-buy’ scheme whereby the user rents a Zebra 3600 ultra-rugged series scanner for three months, with the rental charges then discounted from the eventual 3600 purchase price if they decide to buy.
“Zebra’s 3600 series sets a new, measurably higher rugged scanner standard and we are keen to ensure that as many users as possible have access to its benefits. Our part exchange and hybrid rental-purchase offers will help companies keen to procure the new technology,” says Renovotec managing director Richard Gilliard.
Built to perform in extreme conditions, the rugged scanner series is said to offer the highest drop, tumble and sealing specifications in its class and is IP67-rated and capable of enduring water immersion for up to 30 minutes.
Zebra’s 3600 series scans 1D and 2D barcodes - whether it is a high-density bar code, displayed on the screen of a mobile phone, under heavy shrinkwrap or printed on paper and damaged.
Zebra’s PowerPrecision+ offers a charge gauge for visibility into battery power, so users can monitor battery age and charge status.
