New product showcase and innovative stand design from SSI Schaefer

Its already broad portfolio, which includes manual and automated solutions for warehousing, conveying, picking and sorting plus warehouse management IT systems, has been extended to further include Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Visitors can look forward to live demonstrations of the new Weasel, an award-winning AGV which has been recognised as a product with numerous economic, technological and ecological benefits.

Highly flexible and scalable, the low cost Weasel masters almost all transport tasks for goods weighing up to 35kg, and can be easily integrated into warehouse transport processes without the need for expensive sensors or complex control systems.

Also on display and standing 7.5 metres tall will be a new version of Schaefer’s LogiMat vertical storage system. The LogiMat SLL is a fully upgraded machine, designed to be significantly more efficient and ergonomic than its predecessor, the HLL.

New software and functionality make this machine even more attractive as a space-saving, goods-to-man system which can either be integrated into an existing system or used on a standalone basis.

Alongside these new products there will be the opportunity to fully explore solutions options for all market sectors and to draw on the pure experience of Schaefer’s design, planning, consulting, and customer-specific aftersales services and maintenance.
