Changing used truck trends
11 October 2024
THE CIRCULAR economy is driving up demand for used materials handling equipment, says Toyota Material Handling in its Logistics Trends 2024 report.

With businesses coming under pressure to minimise environmental impact, Toyota says more are choosing ‘blended’ forklift fleets, or a mix of new and used machines.
Approved Used Toyota trucks for the UK market are refurbished at the company’s Fleet Management Centre in Leicestershire.
Machines are inspected, and any necessary repairs are carried out, including replacing all worn or defective parts. The trucks are fully valeted and repainted before being reassembled and safety tested.
