THE COMPANY secured the 99-acre site from Tata Steel in June last year after Warmflame Developments secured planning permission.
An initial circa 800,000 ft2 in two units will progress this year with a second phase of up to 1.1 million ft2 being brought forward at a later date.
The site also benefits from providing occupiers with a minimum of 10MvA of power and an eaves height of 42m to ridge.
